🍫 Theobromine: An alkaloid present in cocoa with stimulating and vasodilatory effects [6].

🌱 L-Theanine: An amino acid from green tea known for its relaxing properties and its ability to attenuate the stimulating effects of caffeine [7].

🌶️ Cayenne Pepper Extract (Capsicum annuum L.): Often used for its thermogenic properties, which can enhance calorie burning [8].

🧠 AlphaSize®: A precursor to the neurotransmitter acetylcholine, which may support memory and cognitive function [9].
