OFFICIAL RULES OF THE "ANNIVERSARY SALE 2025" PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN
These Terms and Conditions are an addition to the general Terms and Conditions of Genius Nutrition, which are active and available here: https://www.geniusnutrition.eu/policies/terms-of-service, and apply exclusively for the duration of the "ANNIVERSARY SALE 2025" campaign, from 15.05.2025 to 18.05.2025.
Campaign Description:
The "ANNIVERSARY SALE 2025" promotional campaign takes place between 15.05.2025, 00:00:01 – 18.05.2025, 23:59:59, and is organized by Genius Nutrition SRL (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer" or "Genius Nutrition"), headquartered in Ilfov County, Buftea City, Tamasi Street no. 20, Hala 6A, registered with the Trade Register under number J23/4568/2015, tax registration code RO35355847.
By participating in this Campaign, you are solely responsible for ensuring that your participation complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. Entry into the Campaign constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions and to the Organizer’s decisions, which are final and binding.
1 – ELIGIBILITY
Any natural person or legal entity is eligible to participate.
2 – CAMPAIGN PERIOD AND LOCATION
The campaign is held exclusively on the Organizer’s online platform – https://www.geniusnutrition.eu.
Campaign Period: 15.05.2025, 00:00:01 – 18.05.2025, 23:59:59.
3 – PARTICIPATION RIGHTS
Any individual or legal entity over the age of 18 who purchases products during the campaign period, while stocks last, is eligible to participate.
4 – PRODUCTS AND MECHANISM
Eligible Products: All items listed on https://www.geniusnutrition.eu during the campaign.
Products will be shipped within a maximum of 2 business days from order confirmation.
Promotional offers are valid only while stocks last.
Products included in this campaign on the website www.geniusnutrition.eu will receive a discount of 27% by applying the promotional code A27 at checkout.
5 – GENERAL CONDITIONS
The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the campaign process, violates the rules, or behaves in a disruptive or unethical manner.
Fraudulent methods of participation will result in disqualification and cancellation of related entries.
If the campaign cannot proceed as planned due to circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control (fraud, technical issues, etc.), the Organizer may cancel, modify, or suspend the campaign.
Products may be added or removed from the campaign without notice. Orders placed for removed products will still be honored within stock limits.
In the case of overselling, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel unfulfillable orders.
The Organizer may cancel orders for campaign products at its discretion.
6 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Organizer is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from participation in this campaign.
All campaign-related products and services are provided “as is,” without additional warranties.
7 – LEGISLATION AND DISPUTES
If any clause in this document is deemed void, the remaining clauses remain in effect.
Disputes related to this campaign will be resolved by the competent courts at the Organizer’s registered office.
8 – CAMPAIGN REGULATIONS
The full campaign rules are available free of charge on the Organizer’s website.
Exchanges requested after the campaign ends must be made within 2 business days of receiving the order to retain the discounted price. Email response will be made between 10:00 – 19:00. Exchanges after 2 days will be at full price.
9 – FORCE MAJEURE
Force majeure includes any unforeseen event outside the Organizer’s control that prevents campaign execution.
In such cases, the Organizer is not liable for fulfilling obligations during the period affected.
10 – CAMPAIGN TERMINATION
The campaign may end early if required by changes in law or force majeure.
11 – PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
Personal data is handled according to the Organizer’s Privacy Policy https://www.geniusnutrition.eu/policies/privacy-policy and GDPR Compliance https://www.geniusnutrition.eu/pages/gdpr.
12 – LEGAL BASIS
This campaign complies with national laws on product and service marketing (Government Ordinance No. 99/2000), and data protection legislation.
Complaints regarding products/services made after the campaign concludes will not be the Organizer’s responsibility.
In the case of fraud, abuse, or conduct that damages the Organizer’s image, necessary legal measures will be taken.
The Organizer will make every effort to ensure the campaign runs under the conditions stated above but will not be liable for complaints outside the applicable legal framework.
